Mandi Wong, R.D., L.D., is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and Technical Support Specialist in the Center for Human Nutrition.

Education

Mandi holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Clinical Dietetics from the University of Texas Southwestern Allied Health Sciences School.

In 2004, Mandi was nominated for the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year (RYDY) award from the Texas Dietetic Association.
